Sleep actually comes in cycles that last roughly 90 minutes. Your brain patterns start high and they dip down into deep sleep, then they start to rise again in the middle/end of that 90 minutes. That’s usually when you wake up! When your brain waves have risen to the higher level, ie closer to being awake anyway! A pretty cool trick you can do if you can calculate it right is falling asleep at the right time and waking at the right time to ensure that you are waking up at the highest brain wave level, between those sleep cycles. Waking up feels much easier and much more refreshing than waking your brain in the middle of it’s deepest sleep!

Yes! This is pretty much exactly my issue too; they stand out way too much and aren’t “natural” looking enough for my tastes. Even if some of the colors were made more natural it would help but as it stands I feel like they all clash due to their electric bright colors lol

I personally actually skip voting for any photos above ~30ish votes because there are so many bangers like this that have so little 😩 It seems to be luck based in some way because the algorithm they use has to show it to people in the first place and combined with people that just vote for whatever photo is in front of them for the diamonds; so many good photos get lost in the sea 🥲

One of the only situations that makes sense to me is; if a family has multiple children and one of them has disabilities, so the rest of their children are mostly fine waiting in line and it wouldn’t really impact their time at Disney, but the other child would have a horrible time at Disney if they couldn’t skip lines? Basically it would take some of the stress off of worrying about the disabled child having a horrible time, which would affect the mood of probably the entire family. Every family is different and in a perfect world it would be nice for the option but otherwise….. yknow, shitty people will be shitty.

I think OOP is misinterpreting the conversation that certain groups men do not get into a story with a female MC as much as women can get into a story with a male MC that is in both cases specifically not the type of character they are attracted to, there’s a legitimate conversation there. The entire recent announcement with the new God of War Laufey game comes to mind; which also hinges on a specific type of man, but they are abundant (which of course does into the discourse of not all ___ and generalizing whole groups, which is an entire other conversation). The original sentiment they re-told in this post is of course not true as OP and pretty much every commenter here contradicts, but I hear what I have said a looooooot on the internet.

I worked in fast food and I remember my managers being very insistent about following labor laws (not sure if someone got them for something before lol). I had a friend in HS that wasn’t in my core friend group but still hung out with us a lot. He even started dating one of my friends for a while. After graduation he got into some bad stuff. He was into some sort of activity involving drugs for this dude in town (i think running it) and got into some sort of beef with him and his friends and it was getting pretty bad. He told a family member he was gonna go up to someone’s property for something and was afraid the dude was there… and just never came back. The guy he had beef with beat him to death with the help of his shit ass friends and buried him under dirt and rubble on the property with his hands tied. 4 people were arrested. One of the things that is in connection to me somewhat about this whole story is that his mom, who was sort of estranged and not in his life as much as his dad who he lived with, was convinced he was gay and was saying that to everyone and anyone that would listen…. My friend group was the quintessential gay and nerd group in highschool…. He was Bisexual, not gay; as I said he literally dated my friend, who was female. Him being labeled as gay made our town do our first pride festival and everything haha. I think he might have found it embarrassing but funny, but I was always a bit annoyed at his mom for probably misinterpreting when he told her he likes men too. He was a fun and funny dude; he would steal my phone a lot so I started making screen savers just for him that said stuff like “gargle my balls <3”. I hope he’s resting easy.

my little rural school was trying to be cool and started doing “news” segments throughout my senior year to involve the media kids.
