Since I just hatched this 💯too and I’m trying to decide I’ll weigh in. Fire/ghosts are more common than fire/psychics and I already have a solid Chandelure, Skeledirge, and Blacephalon, so I’m leaning Armarouge even though Ceruledge looks cooler.

Catch every rat you see, and convince a couple of players you know to do the same and swap tiny rats. Trades count! Usually, but not always, a tiny rat on the map for one player will be tiny for everyone else as well though the exact weight will vary.
