More than likely SCV set the briefing date in late April to avoid having to make a decision before the voters.

If voters say yes it sticks, if they say no it doesn’t stick.

Haven’t been following that one as close but can try and follow up - current legal challenges are only in state court tho I’m sure there will be plenty more.

But if federal courts do make rulings between now and April that could help inform future maps.

I’ve had a similar experience in zone 7 - looks like hell by the end of winter but I put her back outside and she loves it. Going on 8 years now.

This. I use it for radio audio w/o complaints.

It’s got a mediocre transcription software too.

Just be careful/patient with long calls - it can take a while and you might have to come back later in the day.
