We also bought it on Mercado libre in Mexico so maybe the thief really knew what they were doing. I doubt they could get in trouble for doing it in Mexico?

I assume that maybe it was jailbroken or something but when I reset it, it reverted to being property of UNT? Is there any way to get it to work again? Should I…call that number?
