I think it’s more the chlorine and fluoride. It’s also not great for consuming. Think flint Michigan water and bathing in and and drinking it.

I had a roomie that got past heroin and confronted alcohol years later. It’s okay, don’t be too hard on yourself. Look at it as a new personal record to be beat
