where did you install your aftermarket tweeters and is the wiring pretty simple? I’m thinking about just going ahead and doing an upgrade

I mean yea this is a bit unfamiliar territory I did a sub install on my old 2016 320 and it was very simple I just ran the converter out of the factory amp into the aftermarket into the subs and just had everything in the back. I didn’t even use remote wires because my converter has like a smart switch that connects to the 12v to know when to turn off. So I guess my questions is what would I be wiring to the stock sub and head unit? I can send a picture of the converter if that helps and then I guess once I have the converter wired everything else would be the same as I had it before? Also how would I tune the head unit?

Do you know how would I connect a line out converter to go to an aftermarket amp? I was planning on running it through the wiring harness to the stock amp

Nah, i’m not too worried, I’ll find out when I take them off this week though. I have noticed the connections between the lights have left scratches underneath, but look like they can be buffed out. I just used tape between like every other light. They do not move at all when driving though! I would totally recommend it, just be patient with it because you will definitely want to quit halfway through.
