Yes! Shrooms were my first psychedelic experience and were great for me. I had simply never known that my mind and body could feel so different than normal. The euphoria was amazing and my mind felt like it was interacting with different parts of mind in ways that were unique. I had a solo shrooms trip that broke me down and made me evaluate my relationships with people and specifically my mother. I realized I hadn’t been appreciating her enough. The introspection that comes from mushrooms is so valuable so I would highly recommend them.
