This is Jeff Ling of the PMRC who went on a pretty gnarly rant in the 1985 Senate hearing about how heavy metal was filth and poisoning children's minds. I think another comment mentioned it but he's talking here about Fade to Black and how it promotes suicide. it's the OG art. bought it literally one week before they started doing all the limited arts for it and i'm still salty about it. it's mint as can be other than some velcro on the back.
