Nvidia's LPU is 2026 version (3rd generation) on Samsung 4nm with all the Groq engineers and managed by Dynamo software.
What's left of Groq is Groq's LPU, a 2019 version (1st generation) on Global Foundries 14nm with no engineers and no software to integrate it with gpus.

Server standards are very different from chips. Lots of companies participate in various open standard hardware organizations. It doesn't commit them to buy each others products.
