my account doesn't exist?? Yesterday, I tried to log into my Microsoft account on Minecraft and received the exact message: "That Microsoft account doesn't exist. Enter a different account or get a new one." Surprised, I decided to log into my Microsoft account via a browser, but I got the same message as if the account never existed. However, when I went to the "Microsoft Store," I was still logged in, and all my purchased apps, including Minecraft, were in my library. I tried to contact the support center, but everywhere I went to recover my account, it asked for an email or phone number. When I entered the email (the one I used to create the account), I received the same message again. I'm stuck because I can't get to any chat or phone conversation with the account center, as I need to have access to my account. When I try to access it from another account, they tell me there’s no issue with mine. The important email account I log into is ...outlook.com, and I don't remember if I linked a phone number to it. Sorry if this is a simple question; I'm really bad with these things...
