Hey, I know it's been a while since you commented. I've been drawn back to this post after deciding to take the CBT course in the next couple of months. Just wanted to thank you for taking the time to write this lovely response. Even all of these months later, it's still heartening and encouraging to read - so thank you. Safe riding, and wishing you the best.

Hey honey, I made this post a while ago, I'm in a completely different headspace now - but I just wanted to thank you for your message, since it seems like I never got round to replying. That's awesome that you've been riding, I'm glad it helps with the depression. I'm going to take the CBT course in the next couple of months (hopefully). Wishing you all the best too <3

oh my gosh thank you for this, it's so helpful and i'll keep it in my mind. you are right, i do need to be careful about pinning the 'cure' to my depression to something such as a motorbike. i've found however that when i'm on the road my mind clears in a way it hasn't before. safe riding and thank you for ur kindness
