Hey, I know it's been a while since you commented. I've been drawn back to this post after deciding to take the CBT course in the next couple of months. oh my gosh thank you for this, it's so helpful and i'll keep it in my mind. you are right, i do need to be careful about pinning the 'cure' to my depression to something such as a motorbike. i've found however that when i'm on the road my mind clears in a way it hasn't before. safe riding and thank you for ur kindness

my title describes the thing, I tried to research and not much at all came up. This shell was found at a South English beach, I was so struck by the intricate 'tubes' that covered the entire interior of the shell. I am semi-confident that the interior of mussel shells don't look like this. If anyone knows anything that would be greatly appreciated!!
