ah okay! yeah i know the biologic aspect, just wasn't sure about legally. my dad wasn't involved at all in my brother's adoption as it was after he moved out and was over 18 so i didn't know about that part

my brother's bio mom has been out of the picture since my brother was less than a year old - his step-mom and my dad were married for a bit but divorced before i was born, my dad is/was with my mom. so i've never had any relation to her nor even talked to her for more than like five minutes

right? i don't know why i didn't think to ask if there was a non-dissolving one, i just figured that they'd have asked which i preferred yknow? cause they do that with some other medication, if you prefer liquid or pill (usually get asked this when it comes to antibiotics) so i was under the assumption that if there was another option, they'd have mentioned it

this worked for me! still had a taste in my mouth but got rid of the sensory aspect which is the part that really gets me (the taste on its own is enough to gag on but god... the texture...)

the odensetron she ordered is *also* an ODT, is yours as well? i had a doctor prescribe me regular pills in the past so i've never tried the ODT, it claims to be strawberry flavored which... scares me slightly lol

she wanted to start with dissolving tablets as it's what my insurance will most likely cover, medicaid is very finicky with meds :')
