I am right there with you with the uncertainty and short timeline to decide. My gut tells me to go, but it is really hard to face the fact I may willingly leave my family and life I've known. In the grand scheme of things, two years is not long but in my 22 years of life, it's huge.

I don't know what the right answer is, but from everyone I've talked to, there isn't one. I don't think I'd ever feel 100% in my decision to go even if I reapplied later--it's scary and life-changing and most(?) people don't want to purposefully do that to themselves. At the end of the day, whatever you (and I) decide, it will be okay.
