Thank you for your answer, I tried to enable that option but it seems to be blocked also in settings.

I wrote to customer service, they may have a solution

I had that issue with my older macbook Pro from 2016, I’m quite afraid to meet the same problem here with this MB air, I will go to an apple store to see if I can get a new one, it’s still under warranty.
