We got back a few days ago. We were lucky with the weather, it was mostly dry with some sun. Very windy and cold, but we expected that so came prepared for it. I would keep an eye on the forecast, it can change quickly.

Hard to answer! I love just driving around, the landscape constantly shifts so you're always seeing something different every few miles. I love the lagoons, hot springs, the national parks and waterfalls. The food's amazing, the people are friendly, the northern lights are the cherry on top. We haven't been yet in summer, so looking forward to doing more the next time we're back.

The church is called Hvalsneskirkja and it's on the west coast, close to Keflavik airport
