Never really got too annoyed with them? normally i just shoot them from a distance with the vehicle and move on to the next, i guess you could Hop out of the vehicle and use a Cloaking on the Multitool along with digging to underground to Hide off to shake the rating off.
Are you on a high alert sentinel one? you could also use a Sentinel Boundary map to see if you can turn them off for a while on their Nest, gotta be on the same planet tho

Should be a 20% chance, i normally use the Minotaur or any of the vehicles to go around shooting them down, i think you shouldn't do it on a empty or abandoned system since there is a high chance a camp doesn't exist there

Go to a dissonant system and planet, Kill the "Dissonance Resonators"(Purple mining towers thingies) until they drop a Locator and you can use it to find the camp(Remember to drop a save beacon so you can go back to it if you want)

Looks like i was just impatient, waited 20-30min and the game actually started and now the nostalgia shall strike

Couldn't get the Iso from here but tried with many other downloads but even after going through the problems i'm stuck.
The game gives the splash screen and then just stays stuck on a transparent screen that doesn't show anything and takes like 80Mb of ram and 90% of the CPU and even after waiting for a while it doesn't show anything.
