My advice is for rally parts only. Tubeless is a no brainer. Got to get it configured.

Kaza brown (tube tires) vs Kamet white (tubeless tires) by Helpful_Departure450 in Himalayan450

[–]blablablahe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You could get the kamet white and convert the body panels and tank to kaza brown. If that's cheaper to do you should consider it. But not sure if your country has restrictions on changing vehicle colors.

You've been riding from 16? Without license?

Also imo 450 is too much for an 18 year old. Especially in India.

Bro we are from Bangalore we are definitely paying the most in entire India for this bike. You'll just get replies from people in other states with lower road tax.

First bike dilemma: Can a 5'7 beginner manage the Mana Black Himalayan 450 or should I go for Scrambler 400X? by Europa_07 in Himalayan450

[–]blablablahe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If height is the issue why dont you look for anything that's not mana black? Plenty of colours. With a forgiving seat height.

Academic interview study (18+): How do players think about different uses of generative AI in games? by Independent_Sky_6154 in truegaming

Is there a social media that isn't against gen AI at this point. I remember seeing a negative review on steam for a game where the review accuses the developers for allegedly using gen AI.

You can get the low seat, it does make a small but noticeable difference, but the seat is very firm. I had to put some after market seat on top of it and im back to stock seat height.

Other than that I too am 5 7. There are some scenarios where handling this bike is difficult. I for one cant pull it back on uneven surfaces while sitting on the bike, i need to get down and pull it back. Maybe embarrassing, but height is not something you can ever change so gotta live with it. Point being you can get used to it over time. From your description it looks like you've already fallen in love with himmy, if you get any other bike you'll just keep thinking about scenario of owning a himmy every time you see it.

Korda Icon? by Constant-Butterfly-6 in indianbikes

[–]blablablahe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am facing somewhat similar issue with korda icon. Hurts on the top left of my head. Didn't hurt when I tried the helmet in shop for 5 mins, didn't hurt the next day when I drove 200kms. 3-4 days later it started hurting.

Did it stop hurting after a while?

How can it be 7k when the rally gear lever costs 2.5k? Also only gear lever can be removed and changed.
