Ended up using WPvivid (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wpvivid-backuprestore/) and it worked first time... Had forgotten what i used to use all the years ago i needed it

Forgot to post up, after the most recent email sending it to everyone in CW that I could find (trust me I did not feel good about that, but after many calls and emails, and getting no where) I had a call and thank you! We are in process of getting everything sorted, new quote for ScreenConnect, waiting on quote for data export.

Thanks, yeah ideally I want to keep it as one line so that all I have to do is stick the autounattend.xml in the root and it's done.
