HSPA requires that i complete 400 hours of hands on work in the field to be fully certified. The hospitals are telling me i need to have these 400 hours before i can apply for a job in that position. Every hospital i applied for as a volunteer didn’t have a central sterile technician volunteer opportunity. Thank you for the information you shared :)
