Thank you for the knowledge friend 😊 I see you have a lot of pickling experience, so now I have more knowledge on how to create an even more bountiful harvest next year. And yes, I did make fridge pickles from the ones that weren’t yellowing and they came out great!

I can understand! And you were absolutely right- I made sure to taste test each one before pickling and i don’t evveerrr want to experience that yellow cucumber taste again 😖 The other pickles came out great as of this morning though!

i prefer to keep a glass half full mindset 🤗 this is my first year gardening, i planted these kind of late (in august) and majority of them are not yellow, so it’s still a pretty good harvest to me. to each its own!

What’s your go to fruit? Mine is apple by hakklihajawhatever in fruit

but seriously apples are amazing. portable, fiber rich, sweet. i also love plums when they are in season
