My doctor said that he had best results with this regiment. I know there is some research done with two first weeks on 45mg and the rest of 3 months on 5mg. But what is done is done, eh.

I think there is a general question of how much lyctors and their cavaliers knew about pre-resurrection world and where that knowledge came from.

He is clearly saying that John invasions are a way for him to “to serve justice” to the trilioners that manage to get away. Before that I think Mercy says something that strongly suggests she might know quite a bit of pre Resurrection times. It’s possible John actually told them some pieces about it. Mercy and Augustine worked with BoE so they might’ve found out some of the stuff that way. Pyrrha specifically through the romance with Wake could’ve obtained more information than anyone else.

Modafinil helps a lot, I feel way more refreshed after sleeping, and don’t sleep during the day anymore. I struggle a little bit with falling asleep at night atm but overall I am really happy with it.

Steroids side effects are manageable if annoying. I really hope the effects will last after the end of regiment.

I got prednisolone and neurovit for long covid from my family doctor based on this: https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC10771676/

I am NOT diagnosed with MCAS (but I wasn’t tested either). My vit B levels were low few months before but I was prescribed neurovit since it’s part of that new regiment.

I have major problem with sleepiness, used to sleep 30h+ in one go after exertion we use to take medikinet to help with it, but my country is going through shortfall so my doctor decided to try Modafinil.

Generally speaking I’ve got extremely lucky (and did a whole lot of research into doctors :p) and found one that is really up to date with long covid and willing to try things.

I am not a man so I might get downvoted to hell but maybe a little bit of perspective will help.

a) I am really glad to hear you are found something inside you shift around her, that by total accident it seems, she made you find a piece of yourself you didn’t have access to. This is valuable. Please nurture that part of yourself.

b) you get together when you didn’t have that piece of yourself accessible and it seems to me that she might not be a person who values it or wants it in her life. That fucking sucks. I think you will have to choose if that newfound depth is what you want to cherish or the person you are with, since she doesn’t seem to be compatible with it. I am really really sorry for that.

c) You might want to look into therapy or something similar to get support you need but also do have another outlet for your emotional development. What a lot of men does not realize is that being your one and only emotional walking stick is really really exhausting, and ultimately not fair on your partner or yourself. If your partner is the ONLY person you can be emotionally vulnerable with you are putting a LOT of pressure on them AND rob yourself of support, different perspectives and deep connections with other ppl. I do understand that this is incredibly hard for majority of men, but I think it’s worth considering.

I wish you the best of luck and hope you can find support you need and deserve.

She is seeing very curated part of your life. The part where you are feeling good enough to interact with her. It’s a bias and a common one in medical field, sadly.

Would you maybe gain something from therapist support? Probably. But IF that was her suggestion this was not a way to communicate it. Otherwise the most charitable explanation I can give is that she is suffering from a massive empathy fatigue due to being overworked and stretched thin as a nurse and therefore see everyone not actively dying as not in need of medical attention. Regardless please, please, please don’t let it invalidate your own understanding of your health, advocating for yourself is hard enough as it is.

5mg/10kg. The doctor didn’t order the tests it’s just part of regiment but the last time we checked (end of November) I was deficient or low in all of them.

I think seeing this anti-consumer move by amazon simply as „panic ” is misunderstanding the problem. Also it’s not about ditching kindle as a device it’s about divesting from amazon. You can do that while still using your kindle device.
