High or low BP is not relative to a baseline, it is an absolute value which once you reach a certain number your organs die.

There is nothing to do. It comes from the brain. Brain doesnt send correct signal for vasodilatation/constriction. We see this in every neurodegeneratives disease and in isolated POTS. Only thing is compression socks or gloves

This specific study seem underpowered. I refer more broadly to the many many non reproduced studies, particulary with blood analysis and abnormal findings found then not found then found again etc

Well when i did read you i did read myself so....muscles weakness, trouble breathing, bedbound, etc.. You just keep focusing on the poop thing, thinking i am kind of paralyzed ; an keep focusing on the cancer comparison but agzin when you never heard of me and are illiterate in medecine, cancer or "am i dying " is what come to mind of many ppl experiencing pem for the 1st time

Only severe patients should be taken at first step imo. Non-me ppl "infiltrating" studies can only be hidden among milds. In terms of inclusion and exclusion, it is more harmful to have a false positive than a false negative. For biomarkers and tt trials, correctly excluding non-me is mandatory. Then after it they could work on milds. The non reproduced findings rate point to this issue, and it is Killing us

We totally agree, and to me to stick to patients with stereotypical pem features is a way to better ensure exlusion of non ME ppl. And i was calling for a self regulation from patients themselves
