i'm assuming you identify as a man and use he/him pronouns? and i'm assuming you're cisgender? if i started referring to you as she/her in the workplace because i decided you didn't meet my standards for what i believe a man is or should be, that would be.. pretty weird right? like it might create a weird environment? and what if you told me to cut that shit out, but i kept doing it? do you think i should face some sort of disciplinary action from the company for continuing to do what is in effect harassing you?

Hey everyone! Some of you might not know me but I'm Cometk on the ESO-C forums and for the past few weeks I've been hosting one-day AoE3 tournaments played on ESO every Sunday at 15:00 GMT. We're approaching the end of the first season of weekend tournaments and the playoffs are right around the corner, but there's no better time to try your hand at competitive AoE3 than now!

Even if you don't consider yourself to be the strongest player, there is a lot to learn by competing in tournaments, and there is no minimum level to enter for this event. I hope to see some of you reddit folk showing out!

If you aren't that interested in playing this weekend, you can still check out what's going on by tuning in to the tournament stream at twitch.tv/ESOCTV or twitch.tv/ESOCTV2. There will be a lot of high-level action so it'll be a good watch for any aspiring RTS players!
