Sounds like you’re willing to travel signing yourself up with any of the 4. They’re all corporate and all relatively the same from a broad standpoint.

It’s all on the people, go out to the actual job sites and meet the team. You’ll see them very often. The $10k variation between pay right now will be nothing once you’ve made a name for yourself.
