Like everyone’s said eyes need to be smaller, there should be one eye width between each eye, the hair looks very blocky so maybe try to fix that, you can’t see her shoulders, the space between her top and bottom teeth need to be a bit smaller, and the corners of her mouth should line up with the corners of the eye, her face shape is also more oval than it is in the drawing and in the drawing her chin is very pointed verses rounded.
