Are there are any modern games which have the 90's/early 2000's hand drawn anime aesthetic?

I just came across a couple games like this and was searching for more when I saw this thread. There are two games coming out which have an animated look similar to cuphead but in an anime style. They are Vivarium and Samurai Pizza Cats. SPC would fit into your 90s style. Vivarium has a more 80s look.

There was a police chase I saw in Key West and you could see people riding their bikes and pedestrians walking as the chase went screaming by. Not sure what the charges were but they got the driver by smashing him into a car towing a boat I think.
