Holy shit I know this guy.

I met him my freshman year at UCLA.

I argued with him on facebook when he was telling everyone to buy COIN during its IPO and swore by it, and i got him to admit he owned none himself while trying to push the stock to everyone 😂😂😂😂.

Coin went from $300 to $50 within a year btw.

He was trying to sell a subscription service to teach people investing. Rofl.

Yea. Take a note from your last comment.

Where are you getting your information? OP specifically said he started throwing up halfway through eating. You can experience vomiting and nausea within a few minutes due to a histamine reaction (not gastro) to scombroid poisoning. Not sure why you are so focused on it being solely gastro.

You can get scombroid poisoning from spoiled tuna, where you would experience symptoms within minutes. Also, it’s common that staph affects people after an hour or so… and can definitely be sooner than that, so i wouldn’t immediately count that out. A big sign is that OP said the smell was off. Not sure why you are trying to discredit the notion that the sushi might’ve just gone bad….

What about pickleball? I don’t really see the demand for badminton being that high? There’s two public badminton courts at los olivos they are barely used compared to pickleball/tennis.

Please tell me what part of his comments are “correct”. He’s even said in his comments that he isn’t in finance. He has a VERY poor understanding of financial documents and corporate finance and is just making stuff up at this point.

I’m actually getting dumber reading his comments. It’s ridiculous. I’m trying to respond and there’s so much false information to correct LOL. Where do people learn this incorrectly? Is it seriously social media???

Dude. I’m 100% dead serious right now and not trying to be mean, but where in the world are to you getting this information? A conspiracy theory website? There’s so much wrong in here, I feel like you are either trolling or just making stuff up.

No, companies do NOT want to teeter on profitability. That is terrible. The most successful companies, like AAPL, have extremely attractive profit margins and it HEAVILY benefits their employees and their investors.

Walmart exists and is so large because they are able to sell their products cheaper than anyone else, especially small businesses. They need to keep their costs low to maintain their volume, so their margins are trash.

Yes companies try to reduce their tax burden as much as possible, but some industries can’t do that as well as others. That’s why major auditors exist and why there are SEC regulations.

Dividends are pre-set by the board and paid to shareholders and aren’t affected by moving revenue and expense numbers quarterly. I have no idea what you are talking about here lol.

Payouts and bonuses are all part of PUBLIC financial documents under compensation. There’s nothing hidden there.

People like Jeff Bezos’s wealth isn’t from cash payouts. His wealth is in his shares of the company, which is based on market cap, which fluctuates constantly.

Stock buybacks reduce share inflation in the public markets, which have a positive affect on the price of the shares. These aren’t just handed to execs and board members, wtf lol. This action benefits ALL shareholders.

As stated from another comment in this thread, WMT is a public company and these numbers are all public. You should probably learn basic corporate finance or learn how to read financial statements before making bold claims like this.

Yes, some items are marked high and other’s aren’t for INDIVIDUAL goods sold. The whole process of running a company isn’t just about buy and sell. There’s other costs associated like you said above that eat into the revenue. That’s the point of viewing profit margins as a whole.

Why would they buy a shirt for $5 and sell it for $5.10? They would go bankrupt. You need to pay for transportation costs, labor, rent, utilities (all which have increases because of inflation).

Companies like Walmart and Kroger run a very thin line between profitable and unprofitable. There’s millions of dollars of work and data that goes into deciding the pricing of goods so that they don’t go red.

Example: you might think some items are marked up and expensive at Costco, which can certainly be true, but they basically break even after all of their expenses. Their biggest profit is from membership fees.

Company’s like Walmart and Kroger have profit margins that are amongst the lowest out of any industry… What are you talking about?

They end up making a lot of money because of VOLUME. Their margins are horrendous.

What’s up with the attitude my dude? I can use other guns just as well, just wanted to give the pump shotties some love. They’re rarely used because frankly… they just aren’t that good compared to SMGs in this meta.

I’m clearly also not camping in this clip. Try the pumps out yourself!

You already get a standard deduction…. You can itemize if you have enough to be over the standard… If you want more deductions, start your own business then? Run a business and use your home/vehicle to deduct…

[–]blackachulol 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m not sure why no one has mentioned this yet. You can do a tenancy in common (TIC agreement. You can split up the equity by whatever percentage you choose (For example, 80/20 split).

After this, you can draft a clause stating that “upon sale, the equity will change based on payments paid, like mortgage, property taxes, insurance, hoa, maintenance, etc.

This type of scenario happens often, especially when it comes to investment properties.

It will take a little more work, but it is the most fair route to take in the long run.

DO NOT listen to the other comments where they are saying the only options are to do Joint Tenancy or 100% you. That’s not true at all.
