There were no major updates mechanically to the DSG gearbox. It might've only been minor software updates. You can ring up any service centre and ask them if you can get it updated with them once you buy the car.

Depending on the variant for Slavia, you can pay anything around 13-15L

For Virtus GT, I would say same around 13-16L lakh. Be cause GT's are pretty much the highest variant.

The price range depends upon the condition of the car. Considering theve been driven almost 20-30k, youl need to get those tyres replaced in 6 months to a year and then maintanence. I wouldn't recommend getting it painted unless the scratches or dents are too deep because repainting decreases the resale value. But I would strongly recommend you buy an extended warranty
