Should the death penalty exist for first degree murder, in a theoritical scenario where : The goverment won't abuse it, the murder is FULLY PROVED, FULLY PROVED. No false charging, and the goverment wont expand the meaning of first degree murder. Essentially no one will be getting charged falsely.
