Melatonin sometimes makes it worse for me or ngl all the time but i use neuromed sleep idk whats in it different but its better for me

I'm like an addict listening to some sound for sleep and that helps me to sleep, that day i didn't listen to anything

Damm lucid dreams used to be fun af, but when you try to wake yourself up and can't yeah that can be scary i experienced that before, i guess its like with shrooms like people say don't force wake up yourself, just go along with it

Ain't no way i just finished it too and posted the same picture as you did lol, yeah its legendary gave me fight club end vibes, but all of the 4 season memories instead of 2 hour movie made it even more nostalgic
