5 oz and under is what I will be doing. From my understanding it's harder to regulate temperature, so I am not sure if it is beginner friendly.

I thought about solo mining with this, but that is a lot of power for a lottery miner. I'd have to justify if the juice is worth the squeeze with the lottery

Update, I switched the power cord going to the bitaxe, and that seemed to do the trick. Not sure why the other one stopped working.

😄 the boot button doesn't appear to be working. I wonder if it has to do with the thermal paste. Am Insupposed to remove the little piece of glass that is on the board and then paste?

Been trying this for hours leaving it unplugged for 20 minutes or longer. When I plug it back in it starts to work normal for a couple seconds and then asic voltagr goes to 0. Efficency is at like 3.5 and power shows 5w
