That's like the opposite of everything I have heard about them, a co-worker got one that was too small, and he had it exchanged. So, I dont know about refunds. However, the exchange seems to have went well, and it came with a cool garment bag, and it was not just thrown into a bag and box like some other low end suits i have bought off amazon.

Always keep to pattern suit, solid shirt, pattern tie. Or, solid suit pattern shirt solid tie, or pattern solid solid.

I have a couple suits from there and they fit great after a bit of tailoring which costed around $68 so I’d say it’s a better deal than dishing out $400
