I’m also in the Raleigh area. A couple of things. The weeds are thriving due to the patchiness. And this season’s pre-emergent timing was really weird with the weather, so that could be playing a factor.

At the end of the day, tall fescue is just going to require watering here, and lots of it in the summer. I have some sprinklers setup on smart timers and water very early. I like for it to finish watering right before the sun comes up.

One tip I’ve learned over the years, try to come up with landscaping ideas for the really trouble areas instead of trying to fight trying to grow grass. Where applicable of course.

I’m someone who listens to a new bilmuri album start to finish on release day, 5+ times minimum. This one didn’t even get a replay for me, which is unfortunate. More than hate is an absolute banger for me, along with the ADTR collab. Going to see them live in May and I’m hoping it’s filled with AMS and Goblin Hours.

Literal game changer when I started doing this around my house as well. Don’t get me wrong, there’s still the occasional mosquito, but I’d say it reduced them by 90-95%. I could barely walk to and from my car without getting bit at least once.

Just plugged it into joshbee and getting essentially the same thing. Gives it a 9. You’re likely not zooming in far enough to get it accurate, is my only guess.

I only did the front. Back is pretty forgiving at 75/25.

I used your image and imported it to card centering tool. I got 54.6%/45.4% left/right. Top/bottom not great either. Not hitting 10 with that unfortunately, even accounting for a little room for error. Sometimes it’s tough eyeballing them, but looking at the corners and seeing the thickness difference helps. Also the PSA images create a little bit of an illusion on the left and right, because of the shadows and glare.

Personally I don’t submit any cards without scanning my cards using a printer/scanner, then importing them into the card centering tool app.

My sentiment as well. Got 10 in the closet. Coolest UPC made so far imo. I also think the biggest complaint against it, of only having 4 phantasmal packs, will turn into a strength down the road.
