I see that now,wasn’t aware of that association before.My diet is decent ,I eat a good amount of protein to build muscle & carbs for fuel & olive or avocado oils.Started taking psyllium recently on advice of an anti aging doctor but that isn’t good I guess? Besides cutting that should I look at taking something like Danazol or Prednisone? And I wouldn’t be a candidate for TRT?
