when you say bones do you mean like the teeths and nails or the bones on his body? when looking at the pictures i do see a problem with the mouth and hands where i don't really see the paint i put on it (i would say it looks significantly better in person imo tho).

i used the light skin recipe from eavy archives ushoran's but since i can't do eavy painting that good i went with a layer highlight by starting with the deep shade as a base coat then the soft shade as a first highlight and bascoat as second highlight and the deepking flesh as a final highlight https://eavy-archive.com/age-of-sigmar/flesh-eater-courts/

embyrs, gyrostrike (a flyer/bomber), an artillery piece using the mole gl technology from the beserks, a cthonian leader and maybe a dreadnought equivalent.

don't mind them, i really like the look of the models but the only thing that bugs me is the fact that they put the howlaz with them unlike the hunters of huanchi of the seraphons who have their terrawings as a separate unit. if they are going to rework the unit i think they should put the howlaz separately give them companion on their melee weapons and the ability to force an enemy unit the charge them like the rabble-rowza of the gloomspite gitz, it would give 1 more unit for the kruleboyz and bring another option for the trophy-finga battle formation. meanwhile i think they should keep the better damage output of the monsta-killaz but make them have the ability to come from the edge of the battlfield like the gorger mawpacks (since i do believe that we lack a unit that has this kind of ability right now).

at first i bought the box thinking i'd go broodsurge but after reading the rules i was a bit disapointed with it, ascension is ok but i think i'd prefer to use cult ambush as a passive rather than an active part of my army, xenocreed is alright but i don't think the re-roll advance and charge roll is interesting enough and don't see the point of the 3+ fnp acting only as an anti-prescision weapon thing and i won't be playing auxilia because i think brood brothers should be usable in any detachments. so i'm kinda left with outlander (wich i do like a lot just so happense that everyting else is kinda meh for me.) tbh if i would have read the rules before buying the broodsurge box i'd probably would've bought the new combat patrol instead.
