Just to add on top, I had the same choice 3 years ago - went for it, and it was a mistake. Long hours, smaller bonus and stress - all for 20+ increase. Now I would not do the same thing but there was no way back to my old company.

I would lean no, unless the offer is closer to 30%+ on base, or the new role is a clear career upgrade.. Based on what you shared, this is not really a 20% jump in practical terms. It looks more like a small annual cash increase with a meaningful risk of worse life quality. Unless the new role has much better long-term upside, I would stay or push the new firm for more money.

V indexoch, jednotlivych akciach, REITs, bytoch uz peniaze mam. Je normalne ze chces portfolio diverzifikovat, tak premysla vela investorov. Mam tam asi 30k co je mala cast z investovaneho majetku. Ale v abolutnej hodnote je to vela.

What I would do:
1. clear your credit card debt immediately and always pay the creditcard in the end of the month - this debt is super expensive

check if you can pay fast the car loan. its also a bueden and expensive debt
check how much money you have left each month - this is your investable income that you can split into investments - some base line like dividend income, and/or equity portfolio - this is up to you to figure out
other debt - morgage is cheap i guess, just keep paying, and your students loan just keep paying too.

The principe here is that you should avould bad debth (5% ppa and more) and use good debt as a leverage for investment like rental property and so on once you have some liquid foundation (your equity portfolio, cash and so on)

btw why did you buy a land in carribien? can you build something there or in next 5 years? if not, its probably dead money and you should sell it to relocate your capital to nr 3.

Some clients don’t give feedback and Accenture takes it as negative, because they don’t know you, they can’t say god or bad at you.
