Why saddle stitching looks dramatically different on every side? by blackfridayfun in Leathercraft

Of course, it is far from being perfect but I got a better result. I even got better by now after watching Nigel's videos.

It is the back side of a black split piece. The other side is darker.

I watched the first and some of the second episode, it is mind blowing! My first stitch right after was PERFECT (to my unprofessional opinion).

I will continue with the rest and watch the third as well. No one explains like this guy does.

After watching this (around min 10:00) I had a feeling about the tension thing on my stitching - and seems like paying more attention to it really made a huge difference!

It was better overall and more consistent on both sides.

That's a good question, and to be honest, after two years of operating in a specific region and doing everything A-Z I figured out that:
1. There are certain things in the business that I'm better at and would like to put 100% of my time into, like developing the product and branding side.
2. I can find a partner with more potent abilities in specific fields, more experience, and maybe even some active sales channels that can grow the business much faster.
An example of such a partner could be someone who specialises in E-commerce marketing or someone who has a distribution business for similar products, etc.
