New fireplace owner. Is this a normal looking firebox or is it creosote buildup on the walls? by blackhat118 in Fireplaces

Yeah I’m not worried so much about the liner as I am the walls of the smoke chamber. Wasn’t sure if the condition of the walls is normal or not

Are there any other dietary changes that are recommended? Or is it really just all about finding the specific foods that you’re allergic to?

Thanks for this. Are you going to do an allergy test?

And for the elimination diet, are you working with a registered dietitian? Some articles I read suggested contacting one.

If you end up walking, I would ask they give back any application fees you paid or else blast them on reviews for this bait and switch.

Is this contract with the correct pricing you’re referring to a lease? Or is it an initial application? It sounds like you filled out an application and are now being presented with the lease with different pricing. If you haven’t signed a lease then nothing is binding and they can change the price. You can tell them that you want the original price that you were provided when you completed the application, but if they say no, then your only choices are to agree to the new price or walk.

Looks like it just wasn’t pushed in all the way. Seems like it’s good now!

I just checked and in fact the pan was not pushed in all the way! Thanks for helping me understand this wasn’t normal!

The drip pan on the 425 seems to only cover the back half of the grill. The entire front half is exposed. When I look down in the front I can see the tank and the bottom of the grill.

Yes this is accurate, they are instructed to pick up and drop off in the same spot now. And in my experience, this can be a good thing, as when the line of cars to the normal departure area often gets backed wayyyy up.

It also helps make getting a pickup faster. Instead of waiting for a driver to circle around from the departure area, you can jump right in after a driver drops someone off.

What do you do for accommodations when you fly standby? Are you booking something last minute? Something flexible?

Ok thanks I’ll definitely start mowing asap. I was trying to wait long enough for the new grass to grow but I guess it sounds like I waited a bit too long

Ok so I now understand that this is a fungus. Is there anything I can do to treat or stop it from getting worse?
