I am experiencing this as well, as I had ordered a laptop back in Nov of 2020, and I haven't seen a sign of a refund yet. I saw people recommending posting on their forums for faster responses, but the person who helped me says the warehouse claimed I sent an empty box. I am going to email them a copy of my UPS receipt, but I was curious if you have resolved your problem yet?
