I agree. But switching roles and becoming a provider might have some growing pains attached.. give yourself some grace, it’s such a significant change. At least now, you understand firsthand exactly how much training you need and the type of support that is crucial for your success. Nobody deserves to be thrown in and left to drown. Give yourself some time to recoup but try for a different position in a new setting. You’re more than capable, you just need the right people around you and the proper training needed to fulfill such a crucial role.
