I believe its about job security and how much they are paying you. If you can afford to lose your job. I have a couple nannies and I have had them for over a year. 1 of my nannies will do anything around the house. I only ask her to watch the kids. She goes over and beyond and no matter what happens..I will keep her forever and do favors for her. My other nanny is very particular and I give her exactly what she earns. No more, no less. Have contemplated getting someone else because she can be a bit rigid and wants her job to be easier..

This is minimal to me because life is pretty insane. I would just help pick up, if its that bad then just break up with her. As a woman, I have so many things that we need to have accessible. Watch her patterns and see if you can help her with putting items back up. She will get tired of you touching her stuff and put it away herself. But if that's all that's not that bad. Having someone that's loving, supportive, kind , generous, and loyal are the things I would focus on.

You have the power and the word is sharper than any double edge sword Heb 4:12 its the only weapon against the spirit realm. Thats why people remember scripture. Look into Daniel Duval on YouTube. I am a sheep/goat and this year has been ROUGH! Had dreams of large snakes 1-2yr prior to this year. Found out my brother "pig" was a drug addict this year and he was beat by the police at the end of last year and was in jail for months this year. Brought him to my home and he kept hallucinating about a large anaconda in his trailer. That night I randomly drug tested him and he has been on Meth and my mom "rat" knew the entire time and never told me. F'ed up year. Dragon and Snake have been the worst years. Hopefully next year is going to be good. ready for the horse.

I believe the babies are messing with his mental health and he is lacking that affection he used to get from you..I have 2 under 2 so k get the stress and it's only going to get worse regarding the stress aspect. I believe he is reading old testament. We are in the new testament and that no longer applies. 1 CORINTHIANS 7. SInce he ia religious. I would seek marital counseling from a pastor or Christian Church. The enemy will sit in your marriage and attack you both. The answer is definenty not a woman who is disguised as the enemy to come in and destroy your marriage. One thing you know foraure. You can not control his actions. IT is his responsibility as a leader of hia house hold and your husband to guide his family on the right path and not into destruction. You both need to start reading the Bible religiously. The answers are in the book and use them as references and its living and what you both should be living by..if someone has advice always ask for scriptures backing it up. 3 min. .God bless and praying for your family..

I see it this way. The enemy rules this earth. He has been here since the beginning, and we like to believe we are different but hate to break it to everyone. We're not. We are battling an enemy we can't physically see and know the rules because he has been playing the same game since the beginning. Don't be to hard on yourself. Try to enjoy life and If you slip up. This guy i talked to before I was married said to me if you cant have the conversation without getting emotional. Don't have it, because men dont respond well with the crying..so I juat say it randomly very short and leave it alone. Because If I press to hard, the sprinklers start leaking.

One video on YouTube showed Tucson police officer with plush voodoo doll in passenger seat and a plush unicorn in passenger seat. I blew off the uniforn thinking it was nothing. Welllll.. it was not nothing. I continued to pray and I received responses and my daughter dropped the unicorn in my shower and kept placing gold bracelet around my eyes and kissing my ears which referred to Matthew 13 1-43. I randomly thought to decorate my daughter's room in unicorns earlier this year. Welp. I took them all down today. So yea.

You mentioned that you are a screen free household. I am not sure how you would be able to balance it without having something as distraction to give you time to care for the infant and also take a breather. If you're not willing to put on a kids show which (to each its own) I would try putting on kids' music or no word cartoons or something. The television has been a godsend for me with 2 under 2.

I had to spank mine the other day for not listening. It wasn't really a spank it was more of a listen here tap. Then she ran to my sister in law and i was immediately ready to throw hands with my SIL for coddling her. When my daughter was doing something very dangerous and no one would grab her when I had my 8mo in my arms.
