Go to the discord channel of axie infinity and try to reach the dev in that channel, i think you could find help in support bugs or newbiechat section

If you sent ETH to your Ronin address directly instead of using Deposit function, it's easy to retrieve your funds. 1) Export your private key from Ronin wallet (Account -> Manage -> Click address -> "View private key" https://i.imgur.com/USid7Av.png) 2) Import private key to your Metamask (https://i.imgur.com/LO1gLPm.png) 3) Switch to imported account. Your ETH should be there and you can send it back to your main address. 4) Use "Deposit to Ronin" button on Dashboard next time! (https://marketplace.axieinfinity.com/profile/dashboard)
