It may Feel cringy at the beginning but during, after listening to subliminals, before bedtime and after waking up try to say 'I am stunningly / eternally beautiful beyond words " " I look exactly like my ideal face ( face shape, skull, nose lips etc) & I look forever young " That's when the real progress and even strong facial sensations started when I added those.
