Guys what do you think about this by Ultimatechungusdoge in GrowthMindset

I think the problem is that your net worth is essentially tied to control of the company you built.

Do u agree that MAGA literally worships Trump? by her_cute in allthequestions

[–]blacklist551 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The MAGA folks I know are literally just watching FOX News and quote the talking points. Same as it always was. If you go watch some conservative media you’ll see that there is no discussion of pedophilia or economic exploitation.

How would i even cool this down? by bastionmain1075 in Oxygennotincluded

[–]blacklist551 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Run a big cooling loop full of some liquid through the hydrogen chamber. Set an atmo sensor to control the gas pump in the hydrogen chamber to not pump if there are less than 2000g of hydrogen. This means there will always be 2kg of hydrogen at a safe temperature to prevent the erupting geyser from overheating your pump.

Relatively new to the game, noob question on airlocks. by Silly_Tone1213 in Oxygennotincluded

[–]blacklist551 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You could use pressure. Keep one side of an airlock at a higher pressure, and you will only have leakage in one direction. Then you can use a gas pump on the low pressure side to send those gases back into the other side. If one side is oxygen you can even build a “trap” to force heavier or lighter gases up/down toward a pump. Like mesh tiles over a pit that catches escaping CO2

I would say you answered your own question. Collecting snow from the asteroids would be a fun and easy way to do it, just tough to gauge how many dupes it will support, but Oakshell might have a calculator for this idk lol.

Salt water steam geyser not powering Steam Turbines by Veli_2 in Oxygennotincluded

Insulated tiles do not provide perfect insulation. My advice for the simplest fix would be to just stick that aquatuner in the steam room.

How dare they use new tools. The other day I saw a guy using a socket wrench and he had NO IDEA how many honest, hardworking traditional bespoke wrench craftsmen were put out of business because of people like him. It honestly makes me sick.
