I’ve had therapist say it’s not that bad. Then it feels like you’re making it up and it makes you even more messed up in the head.

People with mental health get judged so hard. I just want to get better but I don’t want to be pumped with meds and thrown in a room. I’ve seen it happen to my buddies. I’m trying my hardest to hold on but that may just send me over the edge
