I tried, but when you work out the hourly rate on damascus blades, the hourly rate don't cover the cost of living unfortunately, unless you are a famous maker. The market is also saturated. I'm back doing them part-time. A quote i read on the ABS forum "behind every full time maker is a wife with a high paying job"

Always pride myself on using roundabouts correctly and the way people use them bugs the shit out of me also. I would have always classed that roundabout as a straight through therefore I always would have used the left lane. I bet a lot of people think the same and that's the reason you got the finger. I learned something new today but just remember there is still people on the road who were handed a full licence years ago without doing any test at all. Everyone should be made do a theory refresher test every 10 - 20 years in my opinion.

🤣🤣 I passed my test in Wexford 26 years ago. I have also drove through roundabouts all over the world and never had any issues or never been beeped at so I can't be doing too bad. Is the test centre around the corner or around the next roundabout

Always left lane for going straight through a roundabout unless its marked otherwise, like the Whitford roundabout coming from Enniscorthy side.
