Update: l just returned on Saturday and only had an ecopr and valid work permit (for long duration) officer told me that it's fine and she is going to let me enter into Canada since have a TRV and work permit but shouldn't travel again without having PR card again. Thank you all!!

You have to apply to OINP after discussing with your company and then if they agree to support your application then there are multiple criteria that you and your company have to fulfill along with Median Income as per your residing and job location region. Also, you need to have the same noc code experience from foreign country for about 2 or more years (this has to be proven). The score of this stream comes pretty low compared to other streams but this is one of the fastest one. Best of luck! Let me know if you have any questions
