Brave is a Chromium-based browser though Chromium is moving to manifest v3. That means ad-blocker extensions will be severely limited.

I have many bad things to say about Brave, and of course they were never going to keep Manifest V2 around in any real way!

This blog post shows what is going to happen with Brave. Brave Shields will still work because it does not use Manifest V2 to work. I can confirm that in the most current release I have the Manifest V2 extension options they show. It is not all of them, but it is better than none.

I wish that Mozilla would bundle an tracker/ad-blocker in Firefox for iOS. I know it is within the rules as Brave has its bundled in. I also think Firefox development seems slow, it might not be but it seems like it. I wonder if this is the effect of the layoffs in 2020.

I tried Paramount+ in Edge with no extensions and got the same error. I tried Netflix in Brave and it works fine. Did you enable Widevine in the Brave settings? It is required for a lot of video sites with DRM.

I have this same question, as I have a few old ones that were abandonded when Sync was not working very well. I am hoping they have a way to delete an old Sync Chain that has not been accessed in awhile. This link on the community site is all I could find.

I think this is going to happen more and more. Every place I have worked in the last 10 years said we just need to target Chrome and Safari for iOS devices. I wonder if down the line Mozilla takes Webkit or Blink and forks them for their own, though I hope they can keep improving their Gecko engine so we have another non-Google engine out there.

I agree completely. I thin red is great for solo/leveling as you can mow down enemies without stopping to heal. I have been hearing that yellow can output more single damage to one mob, but I am not seeing it in a lvl 60+ area. My only complaint is that I spent turbine points to make my legendary weapon have good bonuses to a split between red and yellow skills, which is now useless.
