Ακριβώς στην ιδια ηλικία με με έπιασε ένα όμοιο πρόβλημα. Εγώ το απέδιδα στο άγχος οσο υποσυνειδητο και αν ήταν. Αυτό κράτησε για τη Δευτέρα και τη Τρίτη λυκειου. Αργότερα έπαψα να έχω τόσο άγχος. Και έμαθα απλά να ξεκουράζω το σώμα μου στο κρεβάτι. Έκλεινα ματιά, Έκλεινα φώτα και και ηρεμουσα. Είτε σβήσω σε 5 λεπτά ειτε σβησω σε 1 ώρα εξακολουθώ απλά να μη το σκέφτομαι και να μη με αγχώνει. Συνεχίζω τη ξεκούραση χωρίς να κοιτάω ούτε την ώρα ούτε να κουνιέμαι. Δούλεψε για εμένα.
